Design Assistant to CEO

Job Descriptions:

• Work closely with CEO of the company to provide design and bills support to ensure smooth running of CEO’s sales.
• Meet clients with CEO and make sure everything is noted down.
• Provide layout drawings and bills of materials
• Work closely with drafter, outsource party and project manager to complete a project.
• Prepare and maintain projects documents and records such as Work Orders, Design and Development Discussion form and other related project documents
• Monitor and co-ordinate project status with production and ensure good quality yield product.
• Proactive and contactable after office hours for urgent matters.

Location:

• Geylang Road, travelling around SG is required

Working Hours:

• Flexible Hours

Salary:

• Up to $3000 + Project Based Commissions

Requirements:

• NTC or Diploma in Interior Design/ Architect background.
• 1 year of relevant experience in Interior Design.
• Experience in using functions of MS Excel, Autocad and Photoshop.
• With Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Possess own laptop is a bonus.
• Good design sense, aesthetic centric.
• Able to work independently with positive attitude under tight schedules;
