Secretary to CEO

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with CEO of the company to provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth running of the business.
  • Ensure and maintain a good level of communication across the regional leadership and group companies.
  • Manage responses to emails, messages, and other communications
  • Administrative duties include but not limited to scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, claims submissions, arranging meetings.
  • Preparing of meeting minutes
  • Ability to handle and manage confidential information
  • Proactive and contactable after office hours for urgent matters.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10am to 6pm

Salary

  • Up to $3500 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience supporting senior management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Driven, resourceful and good working attitude
  • Team player, able to work well with multiple stakeholders and build rapport in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity, independent and committed with high level of initiative
  • Experience in using the functions of MS Office, MS Excel, Zoom and accounting tools
  • Solid organizational and prioritizing skills with ability to multi-task
  • Comfortable interacting at all organizational levels
