Project Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Review and finalize layout drawings for projects site;
• Work closely with designers in renovation stage.
• Schedule work-progress from commencement to final commissioning.
• Co-ordinate work schedule with sub-contractors to ensure that projects are executed effectively within the schedule timelines;
• Ensure that all renovations are properly complete in optimal state according to the checklist before handing the site over to the homeowner;
• Regularly update progress status and matters of concerns to the designer;
• Proactive and contactable after office hours for urgent matters. 

Period:

• Permanent

Location:

• Geylang Road 
• Travelling in SG is required

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9am-6pm
• Saturdays, only if required

Salary:

• Up to $3,000 + Project Based Commissions

Job Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the construction/ renovation field;
• Able to work independently with positive attitude under tight schedules;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good knowledge of local safety regulations;
• Class 3 driving license.
• Possess own laptop.
