IT Analyst, Business Application

Job Responsibilities:
• Work closely with IT internal teams and various business partners to consolidate business requirements in applications areas
• Translate to function/technical specifications, propose, and implement proper solutions to address business demands
• Responsible for daily support in application areas, including but not limited to related problems, incidents and change requests, work closely with other consultants to resolve complex topics
• Implement proactiveness measure and continuous improvement to ensure robustness and performance of applications
• Ensure compliance of IT control
• End user training

Mon - Fri, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm (1 hour lunch break)

Salary: 
Up to $3,800 + AWS

Location: 
Loyang

Requirements:
• Working experience – 4 to 5 years
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different group of stakeholders and IT teams
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills, good written/communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and customer service skills with multitask capabilities, able to lead and work with cross functional teams.
• Proactive self-starter with analytical and creative mindset
• Team player, highly motivated to builds relationships with cross-functional team members.
• Experiences on one of the following: SAP consultant role in Sales/Service area, Salesforce CRM+CPQ, SQL, and MS PBI
