Administator

• Assist managers and engineers in attending to customers’ needs and sales enquiries

• Generate sales reports, compilations & analyses of reports, QOS reports and other documentation / reports

• Follow up on all tooling statuses from the engineers for billing purposes; Work closely with Finance Department

• Maintain and control ERP System for project activation, sales order, hours accounting and maintaining receipt

• Generate shipping note, delivery order and invoice for local and overseas shipment delivery; recommend and suggest type of shipping mode

• Issue invoice, credit note, debit note, purchase requisition and prepare quotation for local and overseas clients

• Participate actively in Continuous Improvement Programmes

• Responsible for proper documentation and filing for easy retrieval

• Prepare quotations for new tools and engineering changes

• Liaise with customers on projects (current and potential)

• Liaise with Designers, Manufacturing engineers, Planner on progress of tool fabrication to meet customer specifications

• Maintain 5S standards in the department

• Any other duties as and when assigned.

• NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration or relevant

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

• Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
