Job Responsibilities:
Implementation
Evaluate the products /techonologies to be transferred in order to define the capabilities within SCM SGP
Develop project scope and objectives, covering all relevant technical, analytical and procurement activities and ensures smooth roll out within SCM SGP
Preparing project timeline / develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Manage the expectation with all stakeholders
Work with partners in order to achive all key project milestones
Execute all the critical steps in order to complete the Transfer of Product/Technology
Reports on, assessing and analyzing project performance and taking appropriate actions to prevent overruns
Coordinate internal resources and and all relevant stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
Work with relevant partners to ensure resource availability and allocation
 
Product & Process Development
Working with R&D on both product actualization (PAG) and product sustaining (PSG) completing the manufacturing related sections such as DFM, ECP, work Instructions, customer/internal defects, etc.
Develops work procedures, process flow diagrams and jigs & equipment for new products. 
Determines critical process metrics that can be monitored on a regular basis. This includes working with the Product Managers to develop the Scope of Delivery that covers the implementation of Statistical Process Controls for assigned production processes. 
Complete General Process Change control documents when implementing process changes on assigned production processes.
Ensures that safety and process hazard reviews are conducted for new product releases
 
Process Improvements
Explore and propose new production procedures and areas to automate, improve, and/or scale-up existing processes. Utilizing the General Process Change control system implements changes, providing progress reports and financial evaluations.
Validate operational variance (including VSM optimization, infrastructure changes, automation deployment, etc) impacting product processes.
Runs test programs to identify key variables for process optimization using sound Continuous Improvement techniques (such as ANOVA, DOE). Collects and analyzes these data from acceptance tests. Develops conclusions and recommendations for process improvement(s)

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics engineering
Proficient in English   
Preferably 1 – 2 years‘ experience in project management
Preferably 2 – 4 years‘ experience in production environment and work processes
Preferably 2 – 4 years‘ experience working in cross functional teams
Strong production and process background
Strong SMT industry knowledge
Good interpersonal skills and a team player
Independent, highly initiative and keen to learn
