Job Responsibilities:
Work with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to design & define requirements and evaluate Industry 4.0 (I4.0) solutions, particularly in the IoT and computer vision space, and develop viable technology to enhance operation efficiency 
Define roadmap of projects, prioritization, and success criteria of the I4.0 initiatives. This includes driving IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technologies technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation 
Develop business case (including impact validation approach, ROI, NPV) of potential solutions and prioritize projects for implementation 
Ensure optimization and standardization of business processes leveraging central team business partners to allow I4.0 solutions to be scaled sustainably across sites 
Lead projects and activities that will require the coordination, support, and management of resources from internal teams and external parties 
Lead reviews and perform requirement analysis and prioritization based on business needs and requirements 
Stay up-to-date and share roadmap on the latest technology / solutions that could potentially be utilized for I4.0 use cases 
Assess solutions capability within and outside of the company and influence new solution to be brought into the company 
Conducting training to business users

Requirements:
A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Engineering or related disciplines 
Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Aviation MRO / Manufacturing / Industrial engineering. 
Programming skills in at least one programming language, preferably Python or C++. 
Exposure to Industry 4.0, Internet of things (IoT) or Augmented Reality (AR) will be of added advantage 
Practical experience / knowledge in Unity to create AR/VR applications
Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. 
Proven track record in leading projects and engaging with senior business stakeholders  
A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with the wider business and functional groups
