Electroform Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for electroforming process improvement and optimization.

• In charge of the lab and chemical analysis

• To carry out and coordinate Process Quality and Yield improvement activities.

• Liaise with suppliers on product specification and requirements.

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance program to ensure machinery and equipment are at optimal condition.

• Troubleshoot and solve quality related problems through analysis and observation using statistical tools.

• Any other tasks as assigned.

• Manage compliance with ISO, environmental, lab management safety & health regulation and rules at all time including with handling all chemicals and necessary precautions/preventive measures in place to reduce risk.

Up to $4,000

 

Location: 

Yishun Industrial Park

 

Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Material Science/ Mechanical / Chemistry / Electronics Engineering

• Experience in statistical data analysis, data modeling, DOE and material analytical tools

• Candidates with knowledge in Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical systems preferred

• Good communication, written & presentation skills
