Secretarial/Admin Support Staff


Temporary, 6 months
Up to $10/hour
CBD Area
Monday – Friday, 9am to 6:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to Department Heads of Global Treasury
  • Manage calendars, coordinate internal & external meeting / conference calls etc
  • Handle all travel arrangements and visa applications.
  • Process expenses claims via e-system.
  • Attend to ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
  • Proactive and contactable after office hours for urgent matters.

 

Period:
6 months
 
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am to 6:30pm
 
Salary: 
Up to $10/hour

Requirements:

Min A level/Diploma
