Admin Logistics Support Staff

Monday – Friday, 8am to 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Demand creation & maintenance
  • Generate weekly monthly status reports
  • Demand planning to minimise workload fluctuation
  • Drive and provide production certification 
  • Plan and co-ordinate with program to ensure that necessary items are delivered on time. 
  • Plan and co-ordinate with Sourcing team to prioritise receiving of cargo to ensure shipments are received on time
  • Support any ad-hoc operational issues

Period:

  • Contract (2 years, convertible)

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 8am to 5:30pm

Salary: 

  • Up to $3,400

Location: 

  • Paya Lebar

Requirements 

  • Min Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
