Job Responsibilities:
Manages end-to-end immigration application cycles for Singapore Citizenship and other applications etc
Liaise with clients to ensure all documents are furnished and ready for submission 
Be a subject matter expert on local immigration law and procedures
Write clients’ cover letters and documents for submission 
Conduct handovers and run through the final document package to clients
Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high standards of service
Attend to clients' queries and the completion of the formalities during and post-submission
Any other duties assigned by Management
 
Salary:
Up to $3,000 + Bday leave+ PB

Mon to Fri, 9am to 6:30pm

Raffles/ Work From Home
 
Requirements:
Minimally Diploma qualification and above
Proactive, self-motivated and meticulous 
Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
No prior immigration experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.
Good verbal and written English and Mandarin skills 
Good time management skills & must be able to handle a high volume of documents
Can work remotely from home (Arrangements can be made)
