Accounts Assistant

Monday to Friday from 8-5, Saturdays from 8-12pm
Job Responsibilities:
Perform AP/AR functions.
Responsible for daily transactions and data entry into the accounting system.
Verify suppliers’ invoices and ensure accuracy of daily stocks record.
Answer any queries received from customers or supplier in regards to invoice and billings.
Send statement of accounts to customers.
To monitor and follow-up on customer’s outstanding payments.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

o Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
