Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure achievement of operational goals and key performance indicators stated in Service Level Agreement(SLA) are met
- The Project Manager shall Lead, Supervise, coach, train and develop employees to their fullest potential. The Project manager shall oversee the day-to-day activities of the team and ensure that SLAs are met.
- The Project Manager shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of work done by all the personnel in the project.
- The Project Manager shall ensure that activities carried out shall be properly managed and coordinated by the team, causing no disruption to the business operations.
- Investigate any non-conformances to SLA to facilitate corrective and preventive action.
- Review, streamline and implement solutions to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Verify and submit monthly reports and billings to customer
- Prepare and analyse statistical reports on a periodic basis.
- Analyse customers’; feedback recommend areas of improvements and solutions.
- Update and Manage the Knowledge Management System
- Update SOP and plan training programme to newly joined staff
Salary:
- Up to $7,500
Period:
- Full-time, Perm
Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5:30pm

Requirements:
- Degree
- At least 5 years relevant experience and have managed and handle projects before
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) with good customer service aptitude
- Ability to work independently as well as ability to lead and coach a team
- Good negotiation, presentation and persuasive skills
