Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise a small team
- Ensure workflows, SOPs and guidelines are executed in accordance with the funding policy
- Able to contextualise problems/issues and propose a solution
- Coordinate with internal divisions and vendors to support system development projects
- Able to manage different levels of stakeholders and clients
- Attend to appeals and enquiries on grant applications and claims
- Collate and analyse statistics for management reporting
- Collaborate with partnering teams to implement service standards and provide inputs for service improvements
- Monitor process outcomes and create performance data for reporting
- Other ad-hoc projects as may be required
Salary:
- Up to $3,800
Period:
- Full-time, 2 years
Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri, 8am to 5:30pm
Location:
- Depot Road
Requirements:
- Up to 3 years of working experience, exposure to project management would be a plus
- Experienced in grant operation is preferred
- Good communications and problem solving skills a must
- Ability to work independently
- Positive working attitude
- Always on the lookout for work process improvements, and an eye for details
- Ability to work under pressure
- Competent in using MS Office, especially Ms Excel
- Team Player
