Assistant/HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Annual personnel expenses budgeting
  • Working closely with management on all areas of HR matters
  • Recruitment and selection
  • HR polices and implementation
  • Payroll, CPF and IRAS e-submission for 100 employees
  • Government surveys and claims
  • Financial and ISO audits
  • Corporate insurances
  • IR matters
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Salary:

  • Up to $6,000 + AWS + VB + Division Bonus

Period:

  • Permanent

Working hour: 

  • Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5.45pm)

Location: 

  • Redhill

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, or its equivalent
  • 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Must have experience in Timesoft
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Analytical and numerically inclined will be advantageous
