Assistant Engineer/ Engineer/Senior Engineer (Contract)

Job Responsibilities: 

• To perform periodic preventive maintenance on sensor systems, computer and network system
• To perform onsite corrective maintenance till card level on sensor, network infrastructure and computer hardware
• To provide adhoc software & diagnostic support including:
  • Download and testing software patches from OEM/MSD
  • Virus Definition update
  • Backup system images and data recovery
  • correspond User and OEM on software update, security and issues
  • Software Configuration management
• To participate in assigned ICIT work and project support
• To prepare to work odd hour and on 24 hrs standby to readily response to customer need
• To conduct PCB repair in workshop till component level if required

Requirements:

• Able to work overtime when necessary
• Able to remain contactable 24/7
• Physically fit
• Good Knowledge on Microsoft office, Window or Linux OS, ability to install of new version OS
• Good knowledge on computer, Information & Communication Technology and network system
•  Experience and knowledge in troubleshooting ICT system till card level
•  Required working experience and understanding maintenance regime in Computer, ICT and network
• Basic knowledge to repair PCB card till component level
• Experience in Project management and system integration knowledge
