Sales Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • To support Sales Admin Department in order processing and shipping matters
  • Perform order processing duties
  • Monitor trucks readiness, liase with customers to issue shipping instruction to factories and forwarders
  • Work closely with customers, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery
  • Swift response to customers, shipment enquiries & frieght quotation
  • Recording of orders and shipments
  • Up to date documentation filing

Salary:

  • $3,600 + Med/ Insurance Ben + AWS


Working Hours: 

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm

 

Period: 

  • Permanent

Location: 

  • Loyang

Requirements:

  • At least GCE, 'O' Level 
  • 3 - 5 years working experience
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • L/C Negotiation & CO Application
  • Shiping & LC experience
