Accounts Assitant


- Transportation from various MRT provided

Responsibilities:

AR duties

  • Customer Master creation and maintenance.
  • Handle customers’ billing enquiries.
  • Liaise with salesmen to resolve customers’ billing disputes.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on collections.
  • Prepare journals, audit schedules, AR aging reports on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare inter-company balances confirmation.
  • Prepare trade bills.

AP Duties

  • Handle overseas suppliers invoices transactions and payment.
  • Update staff hand phone claims.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Duration:

  • Contact (4 months)

Salary:

  • Upto $3000

Location:

  • Gul Circle
  • Transportation provided from various MRT station

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:15am – 5:30pm

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent (e.g. LCCI or CAT) with preferably 1 - 3 years of working experience
