Admin Officer, Property Management

Responsibilities:

  • Car park Management which includes:
    • Season / Hourly Parking
    • New enquires (Calls / Teams / Emails)
    • Change of vehicle IU / Update Reserve lots Signages
    • Approximately 500 season holders (Renewal / Termination / Suspension)
    • Approximately 40 vehicle transactions per Hour
    • Maintaining / Updating of Season Holders records
    • Billings / Refunds
    • Monthly Car Park report (LTA / NETS / Car Park System extraction)
    • Issuance of ad-hoc complimentary purchase approximately 43 request per month
  • Events Bookings / Enquiries
    • Conference Rooms
    • Auditorium
    • Approximately 220 bookings per year
    • Approximately 20 to 30 enquiries per day (Calls / Teams / Emails)
    • Pre-event Recce
    • Handover / Takeover of event space
    • Billings
  • Preparing of Handover kits to new tenants
  • Sending out Circulars
  • Covering for Colleague during her absent
  • Filings

 

Duration:

  • 6 Months

 

Salary:

  • Up to $3000 depend on experience

 

Location: 

  • Raffles Place

 

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Higher NITEC or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Experience in administration support; preferably in property management industry
  • Ability to contribute as a team in a fast-paced environment
