Project Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget and to the utmost satisfaction of clients
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Update clients weekly on the progress of the project
• Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of the projects
• Work and communicate closely with the team to ensure everything is going smoothly
• Communicate and explain the project requirements to team
• Work closely with technical lead to plan out the timeline for project deliverables

• Permanent role

Location:

• Boon Keng/ Outdoor appointments

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $3,500

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 Years of project management experience, preferably in the technology field
• Organized, with good communication skills
• Ability to remain cool under pressure
• Good negotiation skills, and is tactful
• Technical expertise
• Experience in project planning and scheduling
• Ability in understanding of workflow management
• Ability to see big picture as well as the finer details
• Excellent time and project management skills
