Business Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the machine orders from the Regional Trading Centres
  • Export data maintenance
  • Create order confirmations for all orders 
  • Create change notes in orders
  • Create tax invoices
  • Generate pick and packing list report for shipment to ATM
  • Cost recovery for freight, packing and storage costs
  • Credit notes to ATM for Goods returned and variance

 

Period:

  • 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

 

Location:   

  • Yishun

 

Salary:

  • Up to $3,500

 

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 6pm

 

Requirements

  • ​Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience with order management in supply chain
  • Understands fundamental supply chain/logistics processes
  • Has handled processes in a supply chain/logistics environment
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Able to adapt to the changes in ramp up/ramp down volume
  • Pays attention to details and ability to change at short notices
  • Able to work and communicate well with both colleagues within the workplace and with external parties (e.g. Regional trading centres, forwarders, suppliers, etc.)
  • Knowledge in using SAP and Microsoft Excel
