Accounts cum Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting duties
  • Input and maintain accounting record/data into excel worksheet and accounting software accurately and timely
  • Manage invoice payments and claim reimbursements to staffs
  • Liaison with vendors on payment matters
  • Basic stock control & reports
  • Assist in month-end closing
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing
  • Some general office administrative and HR duties
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or Management

 

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm

  • Permanent

  • City Hall

 

Salary

  • Up to $2,800 + AWS + Bonus

 

Requirements:

  • Min LCCI certificate in accounting or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and MYOB / ABSS accounting software
  • Willing to learn, independent, responsible and meticulous team player       
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
