REQUIREMENTS

Experience in managing a sales team and consistently achieving targets.
Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
Strong leadership and motivational personality who can lead by example.
Ability to read and understand clients, create powerful proposals which resonate with clients.
Proficiency in digital marketing is a bonus.

Salary:

Coach, motivate, and lead our sales team.
Monitor individual and group sales, feedback to Management, and work to help resolve bottlenecks.
Come up with innovative promotions and incentives to drive sales.
Collaborate with partners and clients to source more leads.
Be the voice of the sales team to ensure harmonious collaborations with other project teams.
To liaise with the Finance team for the timely issuance and collections of invoices.
