Description:

  • Professionally trained to build your knowledge in business banking products and services.
  • Responsible in providing prompt support to our corporate customers, ranging from small medium enterprises (SMEs) to large corporates
  • Gain and in-depth knowledge of back office processes through working on complex customer issues and with the different stakeholders in the Bank.
  • Required to handle outbound calls on banking enquiries such as outbound calls to customers to verify that they have received the sms from Bank to activate/reprovision their digital token

 

Duration:                           

  • 3 months, possibile extension to 6 months
  • Start date: Immediate

 

Location:

  • Tampines

 

Working hours:                

  • Mon – Fri, 9am to 6.30pm

 

Salary:                                    

  • Up to $2800, depending on experience

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma / equivalent or experience in a Contact Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment
  • A strong service mindset and ability to take ownership to deliver excellent service at all times is essential
  • 2 weeks training will be provided
