Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Coaching & Supervision
• Driving of sales
• Inventory Management
• Cashiering
• Housekeeping
• Implement company's customer service policies

Contractual Period:

• Permament

Location:

• Islandewide

Working Hours:

• Retail hours

Salary:

• $1600 - $2500 (Inclusive of $100 for travel subsidy, $100 for perfect attendance allowance)
• AWS + VB
• Quarterly incentive for confirmed staff (Depending on the performance of the outlet which the staff is assigned to)

Requirements:

• Must have excellent communication skills, as the ability to implement and manage store policies is highly dependent upon this skill.
• Excellent teamwork and management skills are a must.
  Prior experience in similar position in a retail environment will be advantageous.
• Min requirement of 1 – 2 year of supervisory experience
• Relevant experience – sales, customer service, work with mall management / computer skills / lead team
• Able to speak simple English
• 6 days work week, need to work on PH, rotating off day
