Sales Coordinator

- Up to $2,500 + VB
- 5 day work week, Office hours

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service
  • Attend to Director (Sales Support) and Salesman’s assigned duties
  • Handle local existing and new customers
  • Follow up customer’s enquires
  • Provide quotations to customer
  • Follow up with local existing customers for repeat orders/ promote related products
  • Issue sales order
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  1. Administrative
  • Quotation/ letter/ contract
  • Sales order
  • Proforma Invoice

 


Working Hours: 

  • Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

 

Salary:

  • Up to $2,500 + VB

 

Period: 

  • Perm 

 

Location: 

  • Pioneer 

 

Requirements:

  • Min. ‘O’ Levels
  • At least 1 – 5 years of experience in the Indoor Sales Coordinator (Hardware, Valves or Steel Piping)
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Indoor Sales Coordinator in HARDWARE or VALVES
