HR Associate (General Admin)

- Up to $2,800
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for welfare and benefits related matters.
  • Manage staff onboarding, including coordinating issuance of company assets and system access.
  • Administer staff medical and insurance claims, including liaising with medical provider for staff enquiries and claim issues.
  • Maintain staff records (digital and hardcopies) and ensure updates are done accurately and timely.
  • Manage the administration of leave, attending to staff queries and rectify system errors.
  • Process invoice payments in HRIS and Finance system.
  • Ensure daily task assigned are duly completed within KPI timeline.
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Team Lead / HR Manager

Period:

  • 1 Year Full time Contract role 

 

Location:

  • Pasir Panjang 

 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (8.30am – 6pm)

 

Salary:

  • Up to $2,800

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in HR and Admin operations
  • Diploma and above
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Workday preferred
  • Able to multitask and manage high volume of request
  • Keen on digitalization with good client management skills
  • Able to work independently
