Creative Services Manager

About the Role: 

The Creative Services Manager is responsible for organising & managing the workflow of the resources in the creative department. The role involves ensuring efficient allocation of creative resources, planning timelines as well as liaising with external partners for production quotes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Align project requirements and deliverables with the Client Servicing team
• Allocates internal creative resources that would efficiently deliver the Client’s brief
• Keep track of project status and workload of team
• Liaise with third-party partners and/or vendors for quotation and timeline.

Salary:

• Up to $4.5k 

Working Hours: 

• Mon-Fri, 9am – 6pm

Period: 

• Perm

Location: 

• Redhill

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in advertising industry in planning/managing schedules and allocating resources.
• Good understanding of processes and timelines required for creative ideation and production.
• Strong multitasker and communicator
• Superb attention to detail
• Positive attitude, high level of integrity, willingness to go the extra mile
• Highly organised team leader and all-round problem solver
