Perm Senior Executive, Marketing @ Tanjong Pagar

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the overall digital content strategy and calendar for company’s portfolio of industrial and commercial properties across various digital and social channels, with the aim of elevating brand awareness, enhancing lead nurturing and attracting new prospects
• Work closely with agencies and other departments to develop creative, engaging, relevant and effective marketing content such as social media posts, long-form articles, case studies, white paper, eDM, pitch decks, videos, landing pages and infographics
• Create compelling marketing narratives and thought leadership content to differentiate company’s workspace offerings from competitors
• Write, review and edit marketing materials, ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency in messaging across channels
• Identify new content partners and digital platforms to distribute content and boost online presence
• Produce visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and content assets through the use of photography, videography or illustration
• Take an active lead in design conceptualization and content styling
• Track, analyse and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on a monthly basis

Salary:

• Up to $4,700

Requirements

• Minimum Degree 
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, with 3 years in Digital and Content Marketing or as a Content Strategist with focus on lead and demand generation
• Good understanding of digital marketing platforms
• Excellent written and communication skills, with strong marketing background in B2B and B2C
• Ability to write in different styles, with demonstrable experience in both corporate storytelling and creative/lifestyle writing
• Meticulous attention to details with an eye for design, good composition and layout
• Proficiency in PowerPoint is mandatory
• Basic knowledge in photo/video editing preferred (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and Premiere Pro)
