Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute sales strategies to meet set targets. Accounts mapping within the assigned region to identify new partners opportunities.
  • Cross functional collaboration within the organization to execute Mighty Jaxx’s portfolio of client-level centric campaigns from conceptualization, to evaluation metric setting, to target definition and creative content specification. Coordinate and see to all aspects of executions.
  • Actively engage key accounts in joint creative content creation for campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle and demonstrate leadership in pursuing and winning large deals.
  • Accurately forecasting sales performance to enable the company to make informed decisions for appropriate resource planning and ensuring the right level of inventory to optimize revenue and product costing.
  • Propose optimal selling prices for new release products by building a comprehensive pricing model through close monitoring of costs, competition, market trend, as well as, the interplay of supply and demand.
  • Possess a hunter mentality by actively gathering new leads, source for new accounts to bring in a new source of revenue to the company.
  • Build strong rapport and long-lasting customer relationships by understanding customers’ needs and having a “win-win” approach to customer service.
  • Constantly assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate channel performance and drive excellence through territory expansion plans.
  • Research and identify emerging industry trends, market shifts, new products innovations and competition activities to provide timely feedback to the company for appropriate counteractive response

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Sales or Account Management role, preferably for a consumer product company selling direct to large, national retailers.
  • Knowledge of the collectibles/toy industry is a plus point.
  • Experience, passion and familiarity in Sports Entertainment and Video Games (F1, NBA, Soccer, UFC etc) preferred.
  • Out of the box thinker; creative and strategic mindset.
  • Proven track record in account management and sales achievements.
  • Highly ambitious, and results-oriented.
  • Resilient and agile, quick to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to details.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and effective time management skills.
  • A high level of self-motivation, commitment and dedication.
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching and people management skills
