Admin Executive (Contract)


- Contract position
- Up to $3,500 + Bonus
- AMK
- 5 day work week, Office hours

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support VP, Managers and a team of Engineers on all administrative matters such general HR, documentation control, asset management, travel arrangement, etc
  • Minutes Taking
  • Track & follow through the admin matters matters.
  • To coordinate all work process / tasks for the Division
  • Assist in adhoc assignments as required.

 

Salary:

  • Up to $3,500 + Completion Bonus


Working Hours: 

  • Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm)

 

Period: 

  • 2 Year Contract 

 

Location: 

  • Ang Mo Kio 


Requirements:

  • Min. GCE 'O' Level / Diploma.
  • Min. 1 - 2 years' secretarial cum admin / revelant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Independent and requires minimum supervision  
  • Meticulous, independent, initiative
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
