Assistant Executive (CRM) (NSREC)

• Receive and provide initial and interim replies to assigned cases within the required response time
• Assess accurately and verify the details as necessary
• Receive and manage cases that require change of appointments with internal or external agencies
• Manage complex cases of requests and appeals, reviewing the background details, engaging the requestor and relevant agencies, prepare submission and make recommendation to the relevant authorities for approval and all necessary follow up till satisfactory closure.
• Escalate cases as necessary within the required timeline
• Follow up with stakeholders for input
• Reply or call back to the requestor to comprehensively address the issues raised.
• Update of details into system in a timely manner.

Salary:

• Up to $2,300

Working Hours: 

• Monday to Friday: 8am to 5.30pm​

• CMPB Depot

• Preferably Minimum Polytechnic Diploma.
• IT savvy and good working knowledge of Office and other common software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication
• High customer service orientation
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Highly Disciplined, detailed and meticulous
• Initiative and proactive
• Analytical with good problem solving skills
