Executive Assistant, Procurement

Job Description:

  • Execute end-to-end calling of quotation process including review of documents, evaluation and award.
  • Provide full contract administration support (post contract award), including management of Security Instruments, maintenance of records in Supplier Relations Management (SRM) system etc
  • Preparation/Management of documents (including return of security bonds)
  • Preparation of management reports, including evaluation and data analysis
  • General sectional administration
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time

 

Period:

  • 1 Year Contract

 

Location:

  • Geylang Bahru

 

Salary:

  • up to $3,000 + completion bonus

 

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration duties, experience in contract administration roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Applications, especially excel and comfortable working with IT systems
  • Meticulous and analytical with good interpersonal and written skills
