Job Description:
- Execute end-to-end calling of quotation process including review of documents, evaluation and award.
- Provide full contract administration support (post contract award), including management of Security Instruments, maintenance of records in Supplier Relations Management (SRM) system etc
- Preparation/Management of documents (including return of security bonds)
- Preparation of management reports, including evaluation and data analysis
- General sectional administration
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time

- 1 Year Contract

- Geylang Bahru
Salary:
- up to $3,000 + completion bonus
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration duties, experience in contract administration roles
- Proficient in Microsoft office Applications, especially excel and comfortable working with IT systems
- Meticulous and analytical with good interpersonal and written skills
