IT Operations

Job Purpose: 

• Provide hands on IT support to end users.
• Ensure IT equipment is available and operational. Diagnose and troubleshoot systems, software, hardware and network problems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setup and manage PCs and/or other IT equipment in the office and keep them functioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
• Evaluate new software or hardware as a trial.
• Provide IT consulting to management and users.
• Develop user’s manual for necessary hardware or software
• Support the business in updates, changes, projects, and initiatives that involve IT.

Salary:

• Up to $5000 (Depends on Experience) 

Working Hours: 

• Monday – Friday ( 8.30am - 5.30pm )

Period: 

• 1 year contract role (Convertible to Perm) 

Location: 

• Marine ONE

Requirements:

• Preferred - Hands on experience working in Google environment (Google Workspace - G Suite, Gmail and Google Drive)
• 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
• Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
• Analytical skills to study problems and identify solutions.
• Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
