Customer Service Assistant


- Full Time role
- Up to $1735 + Allowances + Bonus/Benefits + AWS
- Changi (Convenient and accessible from MRT)
- Shift-based working hours

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth handling of passengers at any designated area including check-in, lounge, boarding gate, transfer desks, arrival and special handling
  • Process passengers according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with regards to travel, immigration and safety regulations
  • Be versatile in handling multiple departure control systems and varied airlines’ requirements
  • Assist in control room duties

 

Salary:

  • Up to $1735 + Allowances + Bonus/Benefits + AWS

 

Working Hours: 

  • 9 Hour shift max

 

Period: 

  • Full Time position 

 

Location: 

  • Changi (Accessible from MRT) 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 5 “N” levels and above
  • Communicate effectively in English both written and spoken
  • Customer service experience preferred
