Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth handling of passengers at any designated area including check-in, lounge, boarding gate, transfer desks, arrival and special handling
- Process passengers according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with regards to travel, immigration and safety regulations
- Be versatile in handling multiple departure control systems and varied airlines’ requirements
- Assist in control room duties
Salary:
- Up to $1735 + Allowances + Bonus/Benefits + AWS
Working Hours:
- 9 Hour shift max

Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 5 “N” levels and above
- Communicate effectively in English both written and spoken
- Customer service experience preferred
