Job Description
- Answer and handle call-in and email enquiries. Training will be provided.
- Perform close follow-up on queries received.
- Provide other administrative support as required
Period:
- 3 to 21 October
Location:
- Clementi
Working Hours:
- 3 - 10 October: 9am - 5pm (training)
- 11 - 14 October: 8.30am - 7.30pm
- 17 - 21 October: 8.30am - 7.30pm
Salary:
- $10/hr
Requirements:
- Must be able to commit the working hours
- Minimum O level
- Good command of English, both conversational and written
- Able to learn massive knowledge fast
- Able to speak and write reasonably well
- Responsible, able to multitask and have good time management skills
