Communications & Liaison Manager/Asst Manager

A JOB SUMMARY

This position plays a critical role in communications and liaison interface between various stakeholders and the company. This position entails the planning, organizing, creative design and implementation of harvesting and branding activities to drive communications and enrolment in all platforms including digital and social media.

Communications and Branding Activities

  • Plan and execute communication initiatives including managing corporate-level projects and working with preschool centres to roll out events and activities.
  • Develop communication tools to deliver company’s brand and value proposition.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to manage public relations and communication.
  • Manage digital marketing and search engine optimisation, such as website and social media platform.
  • Track and analyse analytics for company’s communications and branding initiatives.

Communication Liaison Duties and Activities

  • Provide quality & efficient communication liaison services to customers on various platforms including website and social media.
  • Monitor parent feedback (internal and external, as well as online and offline).
  • Manage key parent feedback and complaints (especially those directed to HQ and management).
  • Manage Public Relation responses to HQ feedback, as well as government and media stakeholders.

  • Marine Parade

Salary:

  • upto $5500 + VB

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri (8:30am to 6:15pm)

Period:

  • Permanent

Creative Design Duties and Activities

  • Manage design deliverables to promote communications on various channels including online and in print.
  • Develop and formalise branding materials, as well as coordinate the appropriate display of these.

Corporate Event Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and organize corporate events, especially involving key grassroots and government stakeholders.
  • Plan and organize events to increase visibility of centres.

Others

  • Undertake any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned by Supervisor
