Digital Media Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• To be the primary point of contact for clients 
• Create strong, meaningful, and profitable relationships with clients 
• Work with colleagues, vendors, and partners for project deliverables 
• Ensure projects are carried out in a timely and efficient manner 
• Provide regular reports, analysis, and reccomendations to clients and management 
• Keep track of trends and competition to constantly provide cutting-edge services
• To conduct A/B split testing and other performance marketing to ensure we hit or exceed the KPI
• Troubleshoot and ceaselessly prepare for contingencies and ameliorate issues 
• Keep a constant eye on budgets to maintain profitability 

Salary:

• Up to $5k 

Working Hours: 

• Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 6pm

Period: 

• Permanent 

Location: 

• Tanjong Pagar 

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar fields
• Familiar with the different marketing disciplines such as SEO, SEM, Social Media 
• Highly conversant about the different marketing channels such as Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Tiktok, WeChat, programmatic advertising 
• Have personally operated campaigns from start-to-end (not as an overseer) 
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stake-holders in all levels of the client organisation
