Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible to manage SCM and logistics operations (e.g. sales, purchase, order entry, invoice, and inventory management) and sales support activities for the APAC region covering Southeast Asia, Oceania, South Asia & Eastern Asia (Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong), and Israel.

Duties/Responsibilities:
▪ Work closely with the Supply Chain team in Japan and China to plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
▪ Work with APAC President to determine key supply chain KPIs
▪ Suggest solutions for process improvements, including identifying process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
▪ Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
▪ Monthly planning of alignment of purchase, sales, and inventory in coordination with internal stakeholders and forecast to suppliers.
▪ Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
▪ Communicate, collaborate and work with 3rd party logistics company.
▪ Train and evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback

• Permanent

Salary:

• $5,500 + AWS

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00am – 6:00pm

Location:

• East Area

Required Skills/Abilities:
▪ Minimum a Diploma or a Degree holder in supply chain management/ logistic.
▪ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
▪ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in APAC supply chain and logistic operational experience is essential.
▪ Experience in managing a team is preferred.
▪ Project management experience and strong administration skills with high attention to detail
▪ The ability to evaluate, judge and decides on alternative options, effectively and accountably, a true problem solver.
▪ Being able to communicate effectively with all layers, inside and outside the company, results orientated with an excellent customer service approach.
▪ Knowledge and practical experience in import and export regulations and customs clearance.
▪ SAP system experience (Purchase and Sales order processing) will be an advantage
