Senior Engineer, Smart Security & Automation

- Mon-Fri 8:30am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide design, setup and system configuration, conduct factory acceptance test, Testing & Commissioning of integrated Security Management Systems, including electrical works and their design considerations, as per design criteria
  • Manage a team of Engineers
  • Carry out construction site installation according to tender specification, design criteria and attend project and technical meeting.
  • Co-ordinate with project team for system testing and commissioning on site
  • Conduct site inspection test with customer as well as various stake holder
  • Ensure all submission are in order, and all defects are cleared during project
  • Provide inspection, rectification works and maintain system performance.
  • Conduct functional tests on various security devices and ensure it meet require performance.
  • Collate reports and checklist of defects works report for filing.
  • Attend all site meetings, inspections and check on contractor's work quality.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on all site matters.
  • Manage sub-contractor work schedule and quality of work.
  • Provide with quotation for ad hoc service request/ VO work.
  • Carry out A&A work/ VO work for sites.
  • Submission of work plan proposal and resources allocation.
  • Updates work document and design plans.
  • Perform other job responsibilities as and when assigned.

 

Salary:

 

  • $4.5K - $5K

 

Working Hours: 

 

  • Mon-Fri 8:30am - 6pm 

 

Period: 

 

  • 2 Year Contract

  • AMK and Sites

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma/ Degree in Engineering discipline preferably, in Security Management System / IT industry, those with other engineering experiences are also welcome.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in engineering roles, those with relevant Security system experience will be added advantage.
  • Possess good analytical skills and ability to communicate with customers at all level.
  • Ability to write and present with confidence to customer and various stake holders.
  • Knowledge in construction drawings and single line diagrams.
  • Possess good skills in Microsoft Office, tools and PDF Editors software.
