Administrative Associate (Agency Contract)

Job Responsibilities:
1. HR Administration
- Liaise with clients for new hires screening
- Administer on boarding and off boarding of staff
- Organize and maintain staff records
- Coordinate and organise interviews
- Collate and process staff compliments/complaints
2. Operations Support
- Support various centres in acquisition of assets, materials and services
- Support facilities and vendor management
- Tagging and deployment of procured items
- Sourcing and raising purchase requisitions for standard items
- Perform annual assets sighting
3. General Office Administration
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage weekly courier / mail requirements
- Develop and maintain the filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Manage and liaise with visitors
- Handle requests and queries from various department
Period:
- 2 years contract
Location:
- Commonwealth (shifting to amk in early feb/march)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8.30am – 6pm)
Salary:
- Up to $2,500
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant will be a plus
- Fast learner and a team player
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Above average organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Diploma and above
