IT Sales Account Manager

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Generate and nurture leads for effective conversion to new customers
  • Collaborate with strategic partners who refer us partners
  • Outbound cold call or visits to companies from our target industries
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiations, and prepare sales proposals with strong value proposition
  • Achieve sales revenue targets through servicing of new customers and existing clients
  • Establish rapport and develop strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to grow their accounts. 
  • Prepare quotations based on clients’ requirements
  • Build strong relationships with our existing team, learn their stories and their clients’ stories to show how we consistently deliver results to our clients
  • Prepare weekly pipeline progress reports
  • Ensuring excellent delivery standard to customers, accurate billing, and following up on account receivables
  • Maintain awareness of potential issues faced by the customers and team and be quick to take action to resolve these issues
  • Be willing to learn and be coachable to constantly improve yourself

  • Bishan

 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 6pm

 

Salary:

  • Up to $3800 (based on experience) + AWS + VB
  • Attractive Transport allowance + Mobile Allowance

 Qualifications

  • O’ Level and above
  • 3+ years experience in full sales cycle in the IT industry including deal closing 
  • Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong ability to manage time and prioritise tasks
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competent in Microsoft word, excel & powerpoint
