Job Description:
Technology Infrastructure Server Platform
- Gather headcount demands and job details
- Submit application and work closely with them on any changes to be made
- Once hiring commences, retrieve all CVs and send to recruitment agency for screening
- Trigger 2nd submission and kick-start pre-employment checks for shortlisted candidates
- Review training agreements to ensure that details are accurate and sign off
- Submit details and follow up on missing documents e.g. Degree cert
- 1st day onboarding and track completion of compulsory training modules
- Prepare documents for post-employment checks, weekly listing checks and monthly checks
- Liaise with RM, recruitment agency and inform on conversions, resignations, and contract end
- Work with recruitment agency on replacement candidates (if any)
- Track completion of monthly progress reports by supervisors and trainees
- Claims submission : prepare claims form, supporting documents and check on rejected claims
- Track reimbursements for individual trainees
- Verify monthly timesheets and claims for payment to recruitment agency
Technology in Finance Immersion Programme
- Gather headcount demands and job details
- Work with BU and RMs to firm up programme details such as evaluating structured training providers, finetuning prerequisites etc.
- Liaise with Legal and BU reps on the T&Cs
- Assist with the marketing for the programme
- Work with on the offer and onboarding: Track offer status, training period and any special arrangements
- Trigger 2nd submission on Taleo and kick-start pre-employment checks for shortlisted candidates
- 1st day onboarding and track completion of compulsory training modules
- Liaise with RMs and OD on conversions and inform recruitment agency and on resignations
- Prepare documents for post-employment checks, weekly listing for checks
- Work with and RMs on the completion of checklist by trainees and supervisors
- Follow up on payment of invoices when necessary
Others:
- Work onboard contractors from resource augmentation vendors using OP
- Arrange for signing for each contractor
- Work with BU to ensure governance of timesheets and ensure invoices are accurate
- Arrange for payment of the invoices timely
- Prepare report monthly for reporting to department
- Work with Financial Control team on accruals etc as required
Period:
- 1 year contract (renewable, depend on performance)

Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri: 9.00am to 6.30pm
Salary:
- Up to $3000 depend on experience
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in HR / Business and any relevant studies
- Preferably with HR / strong Admin experience
