Description:​
- To assist in the planning, coordination and monitoring of logistics, resources, and the programme budget (direct costs) for the fulfilment of the programme or project objectives (profitability, customer satisfaction and process quality)
- To help identify service gaps and opportunities for improvement by surveying the faculty, learners, training environment and provide feedback to the Programme Lead on service and process improvements in the respective [segment]
- To deliver and implement the established delivery model for the fulfilment of Professional Development, Enterprise Bespoke and/or Corporate University programmes and solutions
- To support and collaborate effectively with the Design and Build Division, Professional Development and Enterprise Learning divisions on all operational and logistics needs for the successful implementation of the programme, project and/or solution.
- To communicate and liaise with customers (learners and/or clients) where needed, for the resolution of operational and service matters with the aim of optimising learning experience.
- To provide operational delivery service to ELBD, PD clients and learners
- To receive assistance and guidance from Infrastructure and IT divisions on the day to day operations – digital system, salesforce, venue booking etc
- To coordinate and collate data for the preparation of financial and operational reports for Finance – monthly CEL reports
- To receive assistance from Finance on invoicing and billing matters

- 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Every Wed, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary :
- Up to $3,000
Requirements:
- Degree from any discipline from a recognized University
- Experience in an Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) setting would be an added advantage
- Highly motivated individual interested in programme administration and operations
- Possess strong time management and prioritization skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
- Professional with people and service-oriented disposition
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and desire to make a difference
- Project Management skills, Analytical skills & creativity

- Basic financial budgeting knowledge (cost control, budgeting)
