Responsibilities:
- Creating job login, issue of job cards ( arrangement of jobs)
- Monitor pm for sale and rental
- Ensure no preventive maintenance is missed out.
- Scanning of preventive maintenance contracts
- Filing of service reports and preventive maintenance checklists
- Monitor van servicing and inspection
- Ordering of sundries
- Technicians claims
- Monitoring of spare parts and ordering of spare parts to subsidiary
- Login of batteries breakdown and follow up with Customer Sales Service Executive for batteries and chargers
- Issuing of spare parts
- Follow up on quotation jobs approve
- Follow up on tasks assign

Salary:
- Up to $2100 + Performance Bonus
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Technical or relevant field
- At least 1-3 years of work related experience
- Individual who is a good team player
- Possess good communication skills
- Individual who has good planning and organizing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Resides in the East, North East preferred
