Contract Executive @ Jurong

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth running of operations by coordinating staff and resources to meet the demands of the public and other stakeholders
• Manage a team of customer service staff and ensure delivery of quality customer service
• Coordinate with service vendor for any operational issues
• Plan, schedule and coordinate lessons for the public sign-ups and coordinate with students / coaches
• Ensure all financial procedures are followed at all times and to liaise with Finance to facilitate and ensure proper administration
• Preparation and activation of duty rosters, operational needs and to make the necessary provisions to ensure efficient and effective daily operations
• Assist in planning for promotions, activities and engagement of stakeholders

Period:

• 1 year contract

Location:

• Jurong

Working Hours:

• 5 days work-week, 8.5 hours per day

Salary:

• Up to $3,800

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Sports Management, Leisure and Resort Management or similar
• Experience in administration and coordination preferably in a sport or leisure facility or its equivalent would be ideal
• Good communication and administration skills
• Able to work independently as well as being a team player
• Able to work on shifts on a 5-day work week – Mon to Sun/retail hours
• Interest in sports would be advantageous
