Ticket Service Officer (1 year contract) @ Jurong

Description:

  • To reconcile and account for all transactions at the Customer Service Counter
  • Assist with the booking and issuing of admission tickets/receipts to customers.
  • Assist with enquiries and the administration of skating programmes, courses, events and other services offered
  • Assist with general administrative and Customer Service duties (including telephone enquiries, assisting with customer queries etc)
  • Assist with issuing and collecting rental skates and skating aids
  • Assist with collecting payment for and coordinating the skates sharpening service
  • Assist to control access, implement and coordinate activities in accordance to established guidelines, rules and regulations, SMM measures and or duties as directed

 

Period:

  • 1 Year Contract

 

Location:

  • Jurong

 

Working Hours:

  • 7 hours of shift work on 6-day work week schedule, off day provided according to roster

 

Salary:

  • Up to $2,700

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Able to converse well in English
  • Pleasant with good customer service attitude
  • Able to work weekends and shifts
  • Relevant experience in a shopping centre, preferably with SISTIC experience.
