Product Sales Executive

Description

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Establish and generate new sales using existing and potential customer network through cold calling, networking and social media
• Engage in full-cycle sales
• Manage and build relationships with existing and new clients
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements  and concerns
• Have product knowledge and create a unique selling proposition
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Provide sticky follow-up with clients, collaborating closely with internal Teams
• Report on sales schedule, weekly sales reports and updates
• Achieve KPIs and targets set
• Plan weekly goal and demand generation
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Achieves assigned product sales quota and growth targets
• Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings

Salary:

• Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus + Annual Increment

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6pm

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent in any discipline
• More than two years of B2B product sales experience
• Experience in BPO services in the areas of Human Capital Management, Payroll, Managed Learning services preferred
• Excellent team player with a commitment to the completion of tasks
• Able to work effectively independently
• Excellent communication, customer service and analytical skills.
• MS Office proficiency
