Telemarketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound call (existing leads and cold calling) to promote products and services to potential customers.
• Conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Conduct upselling of current products to existing customers.
• Responsible for attaining outbound call target.
• Conduct marketing surveys.
• Maintenance and updating of contact details of both existing and potential customers.
• Schedule appointments for sales personnel to meet potential customers.
• Ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Period:

• 1 Year Contract

Location:

• Alexandra Technopark

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 8.45am to 5.30pm

Salary:

• Up to $3,000 + Incentive

Requirements:

• Possessed minimum ‘A’ Level or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing is preferred.
• Customer service orientated.
• Ability to handle high volume of cold calling.
• Proficiency in MS office , good communication skills.
