Vice President (Electrical)

Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and guide a team of engineers through management and mentorship.
• Develop standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and consistent.
• Responsible for the planning and design of electrical engineering works for building services.
• Prepare tender documents, design and technical specifications for tenders/constructions.
• Management of projects, client and staff.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical works.
• Collaborate with peers of other disciplines in feasibility studies and design, as well as ensure excellent delivery of service to clients.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Salary:

• $8,000 to $10,000

Working Hours: 

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9am - 6pm)

Period: 

• Permanent

• Westgate, Jurong 

Requirements:

• Good Degree in Electrical Engineering from a University recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering design, preferably in consultancy firms.
• Registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore and with the Licensed Electrical Worker (Engineer Grade).
• Good working experience in a consulting firm with proven track records in major development projects.
• Conversant with local codes and regulations, and submission procedures.
• Knowledge of REVIT, CAD (AutoCAD or Micro station) and electrical engineering design systems software.
• Strong project/team management capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, teambuilding, and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
